We are an audio specialist retail consultancy with systems installed in a real home for you to discover how we can make music sound real in your home.
We have the best domestic demonstration facilities available and provide straightforward and professional expertise to help change your lives by improving the way you, your partners, families and friends feel at home with simply better sound for music and movies.

On-Line Shop
Our on-line shop offers value for money to owners and first-time customers with access to a range of ccessories and other products we believe will help you get the most music out of your music collections.
Because of our unique pedigree and with demonstration facilities in a real home, we are able to offer the best tried and tested advice. Please feel free to ask us about anything you are interested in before you commit to purchase.
If you are not sure about the product you wish to purchase do not buy on-line, rather we suggest you contact us in the first instance.
Buying From The On-Line Shop
Our aim is to offer superb value and high level of service.
Our policy is to order all stock directly from the manufacturer upon receipt of your order.
This ensures you will receive the latest model and specification, no old stock that’s been sat in a warehouse!
We undertake to inform you of the expected delivery date within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
You may wish to request the expected delivery date before placing your order, simply email or call us and we will contact the manufacturer and let you know.
As soon as your product arrives with us we will let you know and dispatch via TNT.
In the UK all orders are expected to be delivered to you the next working day, in most of Europe the delivery date is generally 2 – 3 days after dispatch and for the rest of the world a few days more subject to local customs clearance.
All orders are dispatched fully insured and with a tracking reference so you can check the progress of your parcel.
Deliveries can only be made to addresses with an active landline telephone.
Please note that our shippers will endevour to deliver as arranged. We are not responsible for any costs incurred because of none delivery or factors caused by others.
Current legislation gives you the right to cancel the sale up to 7 working days from receipt of the goods, without penalty and without giving a reason.
We will provide a full refund of the original purchase price you paid not including any outward postage or shipping costs provided that the following provisions/details are met:
Order Cancellation in writing.
The goods must not be opened, damaged or soiled in any way.
Goods must be un-opened in their original packaging.
The cost of returning the goods at customer expense.
The goods must arrive back undamaged. Please consider insuring the goods before despatch.
A full refund cannot be given for opened, damaged or soiled returned goods, a 20% restocking charge will apply in this event.
All quoted prices include VAT - delivery is extra unless stated otherwise. The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
A contract isn't active until we have taken payment for your order.
Damaged Goods and Incomplete deliveries:
If after receiving your goods they are found to be damaged in anyway, or if you have any complaints or concerns regarding your purchase or the or the way in which your transaction was handled, please inform us within 24 hours by either email to info@houseoflinn.com or by telephone: 0161 766 4837
Purchasing With Credit/Debit Cards
When paying by credit card or debit card, goods will be charged to you on the day your goods are ordered. We endevour to supply within 48 hours of the order. If you are paying by credit card, goods can only be delivered to the address at which your credit card is registered. To protect your personal details, a receipt for your goods together with the order tracking number or mailing reference as applicable, will be sent by email on the afternoon of dispatch. No documents will be enclosed within the order itself. The shipping label on the outside of the packing will confirm the order was despatched by House of Linn. If we cannot supply the agreed goods we will inform you immediately. You can then cancel the sale or wait an agreed time.
Product Availabilty
If any product offered offered for online purchase is for whatever reason no longer available, a full refund of the transaction will be given.
Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Prices and Tax

Dispatch Policy
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown in our on-line shop are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
Cancellation and Returns
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. The information on how to cancel and the Cancellation Form will be sent with the goods, together with the postal details of where to return the goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.
Colours
The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
