Concerns About Your Finance Agreement
If your complaint relates directly to your finance agreement, you can still contact us. We may need to pass relevant details to the finance provider, Novuna, so that it can investigate the matter under its own complaints process.
The finance provider will acknowledge and investigate the complaint in accordance with its current complaints procedure.
If You Cannot Reach an Agreement
If you remain unhappy with the response to a finance complaint, you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service, subject to its eligibility and time-limit rules. The Ombudsman’s contact details and complaint process are available through its official website.
